Orders placed after noon EST will ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday will ship out Tuesday. Custom orders and orders for products made to order will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt from designer/manufacturer or directly from the designer./manufacturer once produced.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting a shipping option, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. We are not responsible for such delays.

Currently, O'CHOUBI only ships to the United States, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Canada.
